* A derelict industrial site transformed into a modern, riverside urban village.

* New local housing on a brownfield site (recycled industrial land) rather than using more of the area's precious greenfield sites

* An injection of an additional £13m p.a. spending power into the Northwich area, providing a powerful stimulus for the 'Vision for Northwich' developments planned for the town centre.

* A £2.5m contribution towards the traffic improvements in the town centre that are needed to facilitate the Council's  'Vision for Northwich' proposals.

* Continuing investment in its core business by Brunner Mond, ensuring that the Company continues to be a major contributor to the wealth of the area.
