Tata Chemicals Limited bags 11 ABCI
national awards

Tata Chemicals Limited (TCL) bagged 11 awards at the recently
held 48th ABCI (Association of Business Communicators of India)
annual awards ceremony at the The Taj President in Mumbai.
The TCL Corporate Communications team won awards in categories
ranging from newsletters, poster campaigns, photography, illustrations,
headlines, bilingual communication, intranet, etc. The TCL
team came in full strength to receive the awards at the glittering
ceremony, also attended by stalwarts from the field of Business
Communications.

Homi Khusrokhan, Managing Director, TCL, said Factual
and clear communication, in todays business environment
is most critical and our thrust continues to be on promoting
transparent internal and external communications that employ
unique and innovative ways of disseminating clear and accurate
information to all employees and other stakeholders. The ABCI
awards have reinforced our commitment towards the way we communicate
and vindicates our philosophy of bringing excellence into
all that we do.
The Association of Business Communicators of India is the
apex body of professionals in business communications. Founded
in 1956, the association was originally called the Indian
Association of Industrial Editors. ABCI (Association of Business
Communicators of India) Annual Awards are designed to promote
excellence in all areas of written and visual business communications
(design, presentation and print quality). The purpose of the
awards is to recognize the best in Corporate Communications.
This year ABCI received more than 500 entries from member
organisations, which included companies like Indian Oil Corporation,
Bank of India, Kansai Nerolac, Reserve Bank of India, SBI,
Tata Motors, IDBI, Larsen & Toubro, NABARD, Western Railway,
Bank of Baroda, Union Bank of India, Mahindra & Mahindra,
Aditya Birla Group, Asian Paints, Thane Muncipal Corporation
among others. |
